Self-described as the Trainee Managing Director, Ash oversees the Quality and Maintenance Departments while providing hands-on support across all divisions of the organisation

With qualifications in Administration and Business Management, Sam oversees all facets of Production and Project Management to achieve on-time deliveries and exceed customer expectations 

As one of the longest serving members of staff (30+ years), Andy is responsible for efficiencies in tooling, programming, set-up and machine operations as well as being mentor to our apprentices

A recent Leadership & Management graduate, Dan’s 20+ year tenure ensures everyone benefits from his continuous improvement methods and extensive production experience.
